Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 18 years of age. 2. Both males and females.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an history of asthma or an exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). 2. Patients on domiciliary oxygen therapy for more than 7 days. 3. Absence of commitment to pursue full life support measures (Do-not-intubate or Do-not- resuscitate orders). 4. Glasgow coma scale 5. Epistaxis, facial trauma, or recent nasal/facial surgery. 6. Refusal to consent for the study.
