Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All preterm neonates born between 22 to 28 weeks of gestation (inborn or outborn referred within 24 hours of life) who are offered standard care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Proven genetic disorders. Major congenital anomalies. Those preterm infants who were offered comfort care after shared decision making.
