Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective Nephrectomy 2. Patients willing to give informed written consent 3. Patients of either sex 4. Age 18 to 65 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Difficult anticipated anatomy on ultrasound 2.Localised infection at the proposed site of injection 3.Psychiatric illness 4.Coagulation abnormalities 5.Chronic cardiac, Pulmonary and hepatic diseases and Comorbidities 6.Known allergy to local anesthetics
