Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic individuals of all genders in the age group of 18 to 30 years with Forward shoulder posture which will be determined by Forward shoulder angle measured to be less than or equal to 52 degrees on photographic postural analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals having any shoulder joint, elbow joint, wrist joint symptoms or previous surgery. 2.Individuals having any cervical spine symptoms or previous surgery. 3.Individuals having any chest wall injury, symptoms or previous surgery. 4.Individuals having any thoracic spine or lumbar spine symptoms or previous surgery.

MeasureTime frame
To measure the Forward Shoulder Angle using photographic postural analysis with the help of MB Ruler software.Timepoint: The measurement will be taken at baseline and at the end of 4 weeks.

State Self Esteem Scale (SSES)Timepoint: The scale will be filled by the participant at baseline & at the end of 4 weeks.
