Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having mild and moderate anxiety 14 to 24 on the basis of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale Patients between 18 to 60 years Both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pateints suffering from severe or unstable medical condition Patients suffering from major psychiatric disorders like psychosis and schizophrenia Pregnant and lactating women Patient who failed to give consent Patients of severe anxiety with panic disorder and other anxiety disorders
