Intervention1: Stationary cycling: A battery operated stationary cycle will be used for 20 minutes along with physiotherapeutic exercises Exercises: Hip flexion (3 sets of 10 repetition)

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient who is diagnosed with hemiplegia 2.Brunstrom grading 2 and above 3.Has a good static sitting balance (will be physically assessed) 4.Patient who can cycle for more than 20 mins

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any other neurological conditions 2.Mini mental score below 24 3.Unwilling patient
