Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals from both sexes. Participants between 18-25 yrs of age. Participants having no history of co morbidities and gastrointestinal problems. Not taking any medications from past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals involved in regular sports or yoga. Individuals engaged in any kind of stress management measures.

We will be analyzing if there is any change in Serum Cortisol levels and Differential Leucocyte Counts with University examination stress. And since this is an exploratory study we have not defined any outcome measures.Timepoint: The data collection will be done over a period of 8 weeks and analyzed thereafter.—
