Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the functional outcome in terms of modified Harris hip score in patients undergoing early weight bearing mobilisation delayed weight bearing mobilisation after proximal femoral nail with helical blade fixation of intertrochanteric fracture Timepoint: Pre fracture,4 weeks, 8 weeks,12 weeks,24 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To see the clinical radiological outcome such as VAS collapse of fracture screw back out implant failure malunion non-union tip apex distance parker ratio in patients undergoing early weight bearing mobilisation & delayed weight bearing after fixation with proximal femoral nail with helical blade of intertrochanteric fracturesTimepoint: 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks, 24 weeks
