Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18-24 years will be recruited from degree colleges of Udupi district. Participants having the knowledge of reading, writing, and speaking English are included. Participants who are willing to give informed consent are included. Participants who are residing as hostelites/day-scholars/ independently in Udupi district are included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with any long-standing medical history or those on long-term medications. Participants not willing to give consent are excluded
