Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with high intraocular pressure post trabeculectomy due to bleb fibrosis with patent sclerostomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary glaucoma Prior needling procedure Severe dry eye Pregnant and lactating females
