Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any patient undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy who is willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with history of chronic pelvic pain 2. Any psychiatric disorder of patient. 3. Any contraindication for TAP block 4. Previous history of allergy to Bupivacaine 5. Any history of prolonged analgesic intake for > 1month in the last 1year for any musculoskeletal disorder. 7. Unwillingness to participate in the study
