Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria a) Patients with ASA I or II undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia b) Age 25-70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria a)Patients with cervical spine injury b)Patients with neck burn contracture c)Patients with history of neck surgery d)Patients with neck swelling e)Patient with skin lesions on anterior surface of neck
