Intervention1: Pranayama: It is 30 minutes video comprised of pranayama. The video consists of pre-recorded clear and complete instructions to help the participant to watch and practice. It includes:

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Screening: Antenatal women who are attending antenatal clinics/OPDs of a tertiary referral hospital of Udupi District. Antenatal women who are 20 weeks (+ 0days ) of period of gestation. Antenatal women who can speak, understand and write English and Kannada. For RCT : Antenatal women who have elevated scores of = 5 in Sleep Quality Index will be taken for RCT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For Screening: Any Medical Legal Cases (MLC). Mothers with high-risk pregnancy like neurological disorders, asthma, hypertensive disorders, psychiatric or psychological disorders and cancer. For RCT: Antenatal women who have already attended some relaxation or education session or information, education & communication (IEC) or Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) or any intervention during this pregnancy. Antenatal women who have elevated scores of = 21 in fear of childbirth, =11 in Sleep Quality Index and = 46 in perinatal stress scale will be refer for further management.
