Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Recreational football players with a history of hamstring injury 2)SLHB test grading 3)Unilateral chronic Hamstring injury 4)Characteristic table for hamstring strain. 5) H:Q strength Ratio.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Bilateral hamstring injury 2)Kidney diseases 3)Osteoporosis 4)Varicose veins, 5)Lymphedema 6)Recent fracture 7)Avulsion injury 8)Medicinal history like anticoagulant therapy,        steroids
