Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases of chronic otits media – tubotympanic type. Dry ear(dry since 3 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases of cholesteatoma 2.Wet ear not responding to antibiotic 3.Previous history of mastoid surgery 4.Complicated otits media 5.Mixed or conductive mod to severe hearing loss 6.All patients who have clear cut indication of cortical mastoidectomy
