Inclusion criteria: 1)Primi and multi gravida with gestation age of 28 weeks to postnatal period 2)Having symptoms of kikkisa 3)Postnatal period within 6 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Grand multiparous women 2)Skin diseases due to other causes 3)Hydraamnios and twin pregnancy 4)Pregnancy with huge fibroid and ovarian cysts
