Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 15 to 30 years. 2. Regular menstrual cycle with Spasmodic dysmenorrhoeal pain with WALIDD Score range of 5-12 (moderate to severe range) 3. Patient willing to participate in trial and sign the informed consent. 4. Patient willing to take USG Scan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of any pelvic pathology such as Chronic pelvic infection, Pelvic endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Uterine fibroid, Endometrial Polyp. 2. IUCD in utero. 3. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding. 4. Presence of any associated severe systemic illness cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease etc., 5. Abdominal pain presenting other than the gynaecological complaints
