Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. Age between 18-28 years. Known case of Dysmenorrhea for 4 consecutive cycles. Subjects with regular menstrual cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Secondary Dysmenorrhea. Subjects on hormonal therapy. Subjects who are not willing to do Yoga.
