Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient with good oral hygiene site specific criteria:Presence of 1or2 sites with probing pocket depth of >5mm and intrabony defect >2mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)chronic smokers 2)patients with hypertension, diabetes and other systemic disorders 3)patients who are unwilling to participate in the study. 4)pregnant and lactating mothers
