Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients willing to consent for the study 2 Age :18 to 75 years 3 Either gender 4 American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) Classification I, II, III 5 Elective laparoscopic surgical procedures of general surgery, urosurgery and gynecologic surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with pre-existing lung and cardiac illness 2 Obese patients, pregnant patients 3 Patients with history of bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy 4 American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) Classification IV and V 5 Patients with recent history of ventilator support 6 Age 7 Patient refusal
