Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: •Patients aged 36–65 years with symptomatic and radiographically verified knee OA •Uni-lateral knee OA with Kellgren-Lawrence grade of 1 & 2. •Patients who can read and understand Tamil and English language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with inflammatory joint disorders 2.Previous anterior cruciate ligament injury, or known injury to the menisci 3.Patients with hip symptoms more severe than the knee symptoms (verified by clinical examination) 4.Patients waiting for knee replacement expected to be operated on within 6 months. 5.Patients with co-morbidities not allowing exercises 6.Morbidly obese patients
