Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain in the Neck Pain radiates to the Shoulder and sometimes up to both upper limbs. Stiffness in the neck Difficulty in flexion and extension of neck movements. Patients who are willing to do radiological and blood investigations Numbness in both upper limbs Swelling around the neck region Dizziness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/O Trauma in the neck H/O Surgery in the neck H/O Spinal deformities K/C/O Infections in spine H/O Pregnancy and lactation
