Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Symptoms of pain and stiffness in predominantly 1 shoulder for = 3 months, and restriction of passive motion = 30° in = 2 planes of movement,(2) total score= 30 Shoulder Pain and Disability Index(SPADI)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of trauma, fractures, and previous shoulder surgery.(2) rheumatological disorder, (3) Allergy to the local anesthetic or iodinated contrast, (4) taking oral steroids, oral antibiotics, or anticoagulants (5) contraindication of corticosteroid injection
