Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed oral submucous fibrosis stage 1 and stage 2 patient (Chandramani More et al- 2011). Patients who were ready to quit the habit and accept regular follow up protocol. Patients willing for inclusion under study with written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with known history of hypersensitivity to Tulsi, Licorice, Ghee, Triamcinolone, Hylurodinase. Patient diagnosed with other intra oral lesions. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Patient previously undergone treatment for OSM
