Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Grade I to III 2.Posted for elective open inquinal hernia repair under spinal anaesthesia 3.Age 18 yrs -75 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal for study 2.Local block site infection 3.Coagulopathy 4.Allergic to local anaesthetics 5.Chronic Opioid drug abuser 6.Patient receiving General Anaesthesia
