Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The sample included employees working at multinational and non-multinational companies within metropolitan cities in India. 2.The sample included employed Indian male and female young adults between 18-40 years from corporate sector. 3.The sample included employees with minimum of graduate level degree and minimum work experience of 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non- corporate sector employees between the ages of 18-40 years. 2.Individuals who do not have basic technological knowledge and access to Internet facilities. 3.Individuals who cannot read and understand English as a medium of communication.
