Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 60 years 2. both male and female 3. grade 1 and 2 knee OA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to be part of the study 2. Grade 3 and 4 knee OA 3. Any recent trauma 4. Psychologically unstable patients
