Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All inborn (SAT Hospital delivered) preterms less than or equal to 34 weeks gestational age with antenatal abnormal umbilical artery doppler and normal umbilical artery doppler

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antenatally detected congenital GIT malformations major congenital anomalies requiring surgical intervention severe birth asphyxia whose parents have not given consent
