Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the Ultrasound airway parameters to predict the first attempt success rate of Igel insertion in adult patients undergoing surgeries under general anaesthesia.Timepoint: At the time of Igel insertion & 20 minutes after Igel insertion

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1)Correlation between ultrasound parameters & success rate of I gel insertion. 2)Correlation between clinical parameters and success rate of I gel placement. 3)Incidence of side effects during insertion of Igel and it correlation with ultrasound parameters.Timepoint: At the time of Igel insertion & 20 minutes after Igel insertion
