Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-70 yr. 2. All consenting patients presenting to surgery OPD in a given duration of time with evidence of inguinal hernia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent hernia 2. Previous lower abdominal surgery 3. Unable to participate in follow up 4. ASA more than 3 5. Hernia with complications like obstructed, irreducible and strangulated. 6. Patient unfit for laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia. 7. BMI >35 kg/m2 8. Patient with the seropositive status of HIV, HBsAg, and anti HCV
