Intervention1: Buerger-Allen Exercise: Exercise will be demonstrated once and video with pamphlet containing information about the exercise will be given for follow up for a period of one month. Exe

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the age of 30 to 80 from both genders diagnosed with diabetes mellitus and comorbidities. Patients who have diabetes more than 10 years. Patients who can understand Tamil or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have diabetic foot ulcers of grade four and gangrene. Patients who have severe comorbidities (difficulties in performing activities of daily living (ADL).

To assess the effectiveness of Buerger-Allen Exercise on Lower Extremity Perfusion and Peripheral Neuropathy Symptoms when compared to normal activities among Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Timepoint: Baseline demographic data ankle brachial index and neuropathy score will be assessed. intervention(Buerger Allen Exercise) will be demonstrated and asked to perform twice daily for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks Ankle Brachial index and neuropathy score will be assessed. Scores compared between two groups and effectiveness will be assessed	—
