Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18 to 25 years. Participants willing to participate in the study Subjects with FHP (CVA less than 49 degree), Both Gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject who is not willing to participate.2. Subject who will not able to perform exercise or follow complete.3.Congenital cervical deformities (e.g torticollis) 4.History of trauma of cervical spine & Upper limb, 5.Skin allergy 6.Open wounds in the neck region.7.They were excluded if they had undergone any spinal surgery. 8.Any surgical h/o of cervical spine & Upper limb. 9. Any positive neurological sign & h/o of Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. 10. Any cervical postural deformity other than FHP 11. Chronic smokers.
