Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pediatric group from 0-12 Geriatric group above 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with other autoimmune disease 2. Patient with comorbidities 3. Patient with malignancy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We will characterize immune cell heterogeneity and their differential expression in juvenile and age onset SLE at flare and remission. Timepoint: 24 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
We will understand cell type specific expression difference in elderly onset & childhood lupus.Early diagnosis & understanding SLE pathogenesis by developing appropriate transcriptomic signature. scRNA technology is expected to reveal patient-based precision molecular therapy. CRISPR- Cas 9 gene editing tool in immune cell will further unraveling novel immune pathways & developing deep insight therapies for SLE with no curative therapeutic option. Timepoint: 24MONTHS
