Inclusion criteria: PARTICIPANTS WITH ASYNPTOMATIC HAMSTRING TIGHTNESS OG ALL GENDERS INDIVIDUALS HAVING LACK OF ACTIVE KNEE EXTENSION MORE THAN 15 DEGREES

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PARTICIPANTS WITH RECENT MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURY. RECENT SURGERIES AROUND HIP AND KNEE JOINT
