Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals above the age of 18years who have given informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, cancer, h/o coronary artery disease, stroke, differently abled individuals and persons with mental disorders.
