Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - >Patients of ASA (American society of anesthesia) I-IV physical status -Patients undergoing lower limb vascular surgery in either one lower limb

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients refusal 2.Absolute contraindication to spinal anaesthesia 3.Allergy to local anaesthetics drug 4.Severe spinal deformity 5.Patients with pre-existing neurological deficit 6.Bilateral lower limb surgery
