Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with complaints of arsha second degree pile, Per-rectal bleeding. Pile mass comes outside during defecation and reduce spontaneously after defecation. Per-rectal bleeding. Pain at anal region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from Ano-rectal carcinoma. Patient who have known case of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, HIV, Hepatatis B, Tuberculosis. etc. In 1st, 3rdand 4th degree hemorrhoids External hemorrhoids Fissure in ano Prolapse of rectum Hemorhhoid with ulcerative colitis Patient with severe anal spasm
