Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of mild to moderate facial acne vulgaris with GAGS score 1-30 Patients willing and able to provide informed consent and to comply with the study protocol Patients willing to stop using any treatment other than the investigational product for acne

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women Treatment of acne vulgaris with over the counter topical medications and systemic anti acne drugs and commercially available products within 7 days prior to baseline Use of androgen receptor blockers in the 7 days prior to randomisation Cosmetic facial procedures within 28 days of first dose of the study Known cases of other skin diseases Other medications or diseases that might directly interfere in the study
