Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young females having emotional disturbance during menstrual cycle Regular menstrual cycle,which comes in an interval of 21 to 35 days Self reported premenstrual syndrome for more than 3 months Self reported impairement of occupational,family or personal functioning Participants fulfilling ACOG Diagnosing criteria of Premenstrual Syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension person who had done surgery recently Pregnant ladies and lactating mother Patients undergoing prolonged medication for various systemic illnesses. Persons having Lactose intolerance. patient with concurrent use of hormones,oral contraceptives pills,calcium and vitamin supplements.

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in condition will be assessed on the basis of changes in scoring pattern of Premenstrual Syndrome Scale Premenstrual Syndrome Scale will be assessed on 7th day of menstruation cycles before medication & 3 consecutive cycles including follow up. Changes in the clinical symptoms of PMSTimepoint: 12Weeks

Change in routine Blood & Serum Sodium,Serum Potassium,Serum Iron and Serum Calcium will be assessed in the luteal phase 921 to 25 days of menstrual cycle)Timepoint: 8Weeks
