Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants will be aged between:18-65 years 2)unilateral and bilateral neck and upper back pain (upper and middle trapezius, rhomboids, levator scapulae, infraspinatus, and supraspinatus muscle) existing more than one month, 3) presence of at least one trigger point based on Simon criteria and referral pain, 4) Pain intensity more than 3 in Visual Analogue scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any Neurological conditions 2) whiplash injury 3) fracture 4)cervical radiculopathy 5)Coagulation problem 6)history of neck and shoulder surgery 7) deep vein thrombosis 8) Cancer
