Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have been diagnosed with PCOS using Rotterdam’s Criteria (2003) 2.Minimum duration since diagnosis being 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have a psychiatric disorder and are under psychiatric medication. 2. Patients having a concurrent significant medical illness.

MeasureTime frame
The Brief-COPE Scale, Body Compassion Scale, UCLA Loneliness Scale- III will be used to study the role of coping strategies & body compassion on loneliness in women with PCOSTimepoint: 7 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To identify the kind of coping strategies & the level of body compassion in women with PCOS that are associated with varying levels of loneliness in these women.Timepoint: 7 months
