Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Skeletally mature patients -Osteoporotic or traumatic vertebral compression fracture
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -clinico-radiological evidence of spinal cord compression ,Lower Limb radiculopathy ,Major Neurological deficit -Malignancy or Neoplastic tumor, infective causes fracture
