Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Skeletally mature patients -Osteoporotic or traumatic vertebral compression fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -clinico-radiological evidence of spinal cord compression ,Lower Limb radiculopathy ,Major Neurological deficit -Malignancy or Neoplastic tumor, infective causes fracture

MeasureTime frame
Outcome of balloon kyphoplasty are to reduce and stabilize the fracture, restore vertebral height, decrease kyphotic angulation, prevent the progression of kyphosis, and reduce or eliminate pain.Timepoint: Immediate post op , 3 weeks , 6 weeks ,9 weeks
