Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: lower distal uretric calculi of size less than or equal to 10 mm
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient not willing to give written informed consent. 2.Severe hydroureteronephrosis. 3.Multiple ureteric calculi. 4.Bilateral ureteric calculi. 5.Pregnancy. 6.Previous ureteric and bladder surgery. 7.Anatomical abnormalities of genitourinary tract. 8.Solitary functioning kidney. 9.Infective complications 10.Concurrent administration of diuretics and calcium channel blockers. 11.Patient allergic to study drugs
