Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having age between 20-60 years of either sex presenting with clinical features of Grahani. Patient willing to sign the consent form. Patients having symptoms of Grahani (amavastah)- Muhur baddha- muhur drava mala pravatti (disturbed bowel frequency) Durgandhita mala pravatti (foul smelling) Pichchhila mala pravritti (sticky stool) Aruchi (anorexia) Udara shola (abdominal pain) Vishtambha (constipation) Praseka (excesive salivation) Gaurava (heaviness in abdomen)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20 and above 60 years. Patients suffering from intestinal tuberculosis gastric & peptic ulcer. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Systemic illness like tuberculosis carcinoma endocrine disorders and cardiac disorders.
