Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Postoperative pain should not be influenced by the apical preparation Taper & Size of the instrument. 2.Preparation of the apical third to variable taper will have favorable effect on outcome of primary endodontic treatment. 3. Apical preparation to 2 sizes larger than the IABF is insufficient & results in a lower success rate compared with preparations done with larger sizes.Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed after 1 month, 6 months & 12 months

Secondary
