Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex having ASA I to III age >18 years and <70 years scheduled for elective lung isolation surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Morbid obesity BMI >39 , Pregnancy, Potential full stomach , Difficult intubation/Limited mouth opening , Patient not giving consent , Patient needing absolute indication for lung isolation, eg: Avoid spillage if blood, pus diseased lung
