Intervention1: During surgery, the sevoflurane dose will be adjusted to keep the depth of anaesthesia. As SLV is required during the operation, the EZ balloon or bronchial cuff of DLT will be inflated

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex having ASA I to III age >18 years and <70 years scheduled for elective lung isolation surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Morbid obesity BMI >39 , Pregnancy, Potential full stomach , Difficult intubation/Limited mouth opening , Patient not giving consent , Patient needing absolute indication for lung isolation, eg: Avoid spillage if blood, pus diseased lung
