Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of all age groups with chronic membranous chronic SDH needing surgical intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with coagulopathy 2) Patients on antiplatelets/anticoagulants 3) Uncontrolled Co-morbidities like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronary artery disease, COPD, Asthma, endocrine abnormalities, congenital disorders, epilepsy, other pre-existing neurological conditions 4) Patient under the influence of drugs/alcohol intoxication etc. 5) Pregnancy
