Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 18 to 45. 2. Able to follow a verbal command 3. Participants should have a regular menstrual cycle. 4. Participants should have MMSE Score of more than 25.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any Neurological disorder or injury that could be affecting the lower limb 2. Any Musculoskeletal disorder affecting the lower limb. 3. Irregular menstrual cycle. 4. Participants with unstable cardiorespiratory status. 5. Any congenital lower extremities disorder. 6. Any abdomen and pelvic surgery
