Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1)to compare the time required for intubation using fibreoptic bronchoscope and C-MAC video laryngoscope and to compare the success rates(number of attempts, need to change device and difficulty of intubation) 2)Haemodynamics-HR(heart rate),SBP(systolic BP),DBP(diastolic BP),MAP(mean arterial pressure),SPO2(saturated partial pressure of oxygen) and ETCO2 will be recorded and analyzed 3)Complications like local injuries(lip, tongue, palate),bleeding, laryngospasm, regurgitation during intubation, laryngeal injury, sore throat, change in/hoarseness of voice post intubation.Timepoint: number of attempts, need to change device and difficulty of intubation | — |
