Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients above 60 years of age posted for hip and femur surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of allergy to any of the study drugs 2. Patients with contraindications of spinal anaesthesia 3. Patient refusal
